OUTRIDER is now RALLYPOINT — same app, same riders, new name.

Never ride alone.Unless you want to.

Rallypoint is the meetup app for motorcyclists. See who's riding near you, drop a meeting point, and ride together — without ever sharing your exact location.

What it is

Most of us ride solo — not always by choice. Rallypoint puts nearby riders on a map, so a quiet Sunday run can turn into a café meet, a group blast, or just a brew with someone who gets it.

How it works

Three stops, start to kickstand

See who's around

Set up a quick profile — your bike, your patch — and the map shows riders in your area. Filter by distance to find who's within range for a meet.

Drop a meeting point

Search for a café or drag the pin anywhere: "Super Sausage, Saturday 10am, on until midday." It appears instantly for riders nearby, and you're notified the moment someone joins.

Ride together

Message riders directly to sort the details, join meets other riders have posted, and get a notification when plans change. Then go ride.

New — Ride Outs

Meet up. Then ride somewhere.PRO

A Ride Out is a meeting point with a destination — the café, the coast, the hills. Riders see where you're gathering and where the day's headed, flagged on the map.

Just the destination, mind. How you get there is up to the group — Rallypoint doesn't plot routes, and never will. That's the fun part.

Live meeting points

Meets appear on the map the second they're posted and clear away when they're over. No stale listings.

Direct messaging

Chat one-to-one in real time. Sort where you're meeting, what time, and who's bringing the flapjack.

Privacy by default

You appear as a rough area — the town you type in — never a live dot. Sharing live location is strictly opt-in.

Installs from the browser

Rallypoint is a web app. Open the link, add it to your home screen, and it works like any other app — no store, no updates to chase.

Notifications that matter

A rider joins your meet, a message lands, plans change — you'll know, even with the app closed.

Your range, your rules

Dial the radius in or out — from your local patch to a couple of hundred miles for a proper ride-out.

Ride Outs

Pro riders can put a destination on a meet — gather here, ride there. The route's yours to choose on the day.

Day and night map modes

A bright, easy-read map for sunny lay-bys and a dark one for evening rides — switch whenever you like.

Ride further

Free to ride. Pro if you want more.

Everything that matters — the map, the meets, the messages — is free and stays free. Pro is for riders who want the full picture, and it keeps the app running.

Rider

Free — always

  • See riders near you on the map
  • Drop and join meeting points
  • Real-time one-to-one messaging
  • Privacy-first location, block & report
  • See a count of who's going — not who
Start riding

Cancel any time, from inside the app. Secure payment via Stripe — we never see your card.

Your exact location stays yours

Other riders see the area you choose to show — accurate to about a kilometre, never your street, never your garage. You decide when to meet and where, and that's the only place anyone sees you.

Straight answers

The things riders actually ask before they sign up.

Is Rallypoint free?

Yes. The map, meeting points, and messaging are free and stay free. Rallypoint Pro (£2.99/month) adds extras like seeing who's attending a meet and a verified badge — it's optional, cancel any time, and it's what keeps the app running instead of ads.

Does it track my location?

No. By default the app doesn't read your GPS at all — you type the area you ride from, and other riders see that area accurate to about a kilometre, never your street. There's a hidden mode if you'd rather not appear in searches, and live location sharing only ever happens if you deliberately switch it on. Full details in the privacy policy.

Do I need to download it from an app store?

No. Rallypoint runs in your phone's browser — open app.rallypoint-app.com, tap "add to home screen", and it installs like any app: its own icon, full screen, notifications. Works on Android and iPhone, no store account needed.

Is it a sat-nav or route planner?

Deliberately not. Great navigation apps already exist — Rallypoint is the social layer: finding riders, dropping meeting points, organising the meet, and messaging. You bring your own nav; we bring the people.

Does it work outside the UK?

Yes — the map and meets work anywhere in the world. The community started in the UK, so that's where you'll find the most riders today, and every new rider makes their own area busier.

What happens if someone's a problem?

Every rider card, chat, and meet has block and report built in. Blocking removes them from your map and messages instantly; reports go to a human. Safety tools shipped before we ever promoted the app — that order was on purpose.
